Ride Your Way Lean
Not bad, it was about using biking to lose weight. Which would have been great, if that had been my interest. But I was more interested in biking in and of itself, so for my taste too much on why biking is good for losing weight. But the Title speaks that that was it's purpose, so still a good book if that is your interest. :)
Lose It for Life
Because I had already started my work outs and this is my first real attempt at getting healthy I didn't feel as if this book applied to me very much. But if you have tried multiple times to lose weight and are struggling, or you are going to start working out soon. This could be a good book for you, it has high ratings and I would recommend it to some people, if I thought they would like it. I just didn't feel as if it applied to me for where I was at right now.
Born to Run
I would have to say this is one of my favorite books of all time, starting now. I loved it and read it quickly and enjoyed pretty much every minute of it. The author takes you through a story, breaking every now and then to go down very well placed bunny trails to give you the background information for what is happening in the big picture. This book made me love running even more and made me want to love everyone who runs.
